Barbecue Sauce
In Memory of Vonda Isles Lobstein
- 1/4 c. onion, chopped
- 4 T. sugar
- 1/8 tsp. black pepper
- 1/4 c. ketchup
- 3 T. vinegar
- 1 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
Mix and cook on low heat for 5 minutes. Real good over meat balls and cocktail dogs.
Cheese Ball
Sherry Dowling
- 1/2 lb. blue cheese
- 1 lb. sharp Cheddar cheese
- 1 1/2 lb. cream cheese
- 1/2 c. chopped chives
- 1/4 c. chopped walnuts
Mix together at room temperature. Form into 2 balls and roll in chopped chives and nuts.

Charlotte Tronsen's Swiss Potatoes
- 3 med. potatoes
- 1/2 sm. onion
- 2 eggs, slightly beaten
- 1 c. milk
- 3 T. butter, melted
- 1/2 tsp. salt
- 2 1/2 oz. Parmesan cheese
- Paprika
Grate potatoes and onion; add to beaten eggs. Add milk, butter and salt. Pour mixture into a greased 9-inch pie plate. Sprinkle top with grated Parmesan cheese and paprika. Bake at 350ยฐ for 1 hour.
